My name is Shqwi'qwal Ralph Charles Yuxuwletun Goodwin (hereafter referred to as SQYX). I am born in Alberta in 1946. Further, I am shqwi'qwal / speaker through custom and international law (ambassador-at-large per 1969 Special Missions convention) for numerous CSSP nation states (including, Kwa'mutsun, Snuneymuxw, Stz'uminus, and, Rocky Mountain Cree / Kelly Lake Cree); I am GTIF Circle of Fires Western Doorkeeper; and, GTIF Chancellor Of Laws. And, I am informa pauperis; seeking EIIR Canada's Rowbotham provisions, as they arise through the international law Free Prior Informed Consent Doctrines and Conventions; and, specifically, as they apply to Elizabeth II, constitutional monarch of the United Kingdom and Canada via EU Human Rights Court decision in Airey versus Ireland. The Greyell decision and court transcript identifies my declaration that this is a land title matter; through which the LSBC claims jurisdiction on a federally registered indigenous nation reserve regarding the Legal Professions Act; citing a claim of breach in providing ultra vires legal counsel (falsely claiming SQYX received a fee). Finally, I am a 2000 EIIR Canada recommended UNSC-registered international oil trader and a successful green energy developer across Canada (federal and provincial funded) since 1990.
TECUMSEH PROTOCOL I , herein, apply to EIIR Canada for the $40 Million CDN state-funded competent legal counsel of choice (CLCC) working fund - for reasons including but not limited to the BC Legal Aid written-in-hand response letter of denial due to inadequate funding- to be deposited forthwith into the Quw'utsun Kwa'mutsun nation state Peace and Harmony BNS account forthwith, as the scheduled Greyell, J. SCBC contempt of court hearing is scheduled to commence during the Dec 7-11th week in Nanaimo. STOLEN LANDS BROKEN PROMISES.
This application is predicated upon the Elizabeth II response letter to my 2005 funding application, which she copied forward to Canada the Governor General; who submitted it to Parliament's PMO; who then, assigned former BC premier Ujjal Dosanjh to attend in Quw;utsun Kwa;mutsun territories to investigate the micro claim of EIIR Canada forcing CSSP children out from a safe home and returned into a recognized mold-infected home on the Cowichan Tribes reserve; the mother being an active RCMP officer; living with Quw'utsun Kwa'mutsun Stitumatulwut Hwuneem; and, being my adopted sister. This mold-infected home being my residence.

SQYX is CSSP, entitled to CLCC, forthwith. LSBC claims criminal contempt of court re Greyell, J. 2013 decision. SQYX claims civil prisoner-of-war status re EIIR claim of right to form military court. LSBC is seeking SQYX incarceration. LSBC failed to complete internal appeal process available to Goodwin / SQYX prior to submitting the Legal Professions Act BC complaint to SCBC. LSBC Benchers are not in evidence of endorsing the Kleisinger LSBC application to SCBC. LSBC failed to provide Goodwin / SQYX respondent with publication of Rights and Obligations per McCruer Rules of Natural justice per quasi-judicial administrative tribunal parameters.
It is important to consider that the EIIR Canada Supreme Court has previously ruled against the LSBC (Mangat) on matters with degrees of commonality to the Goodwi/SQYX claim of right to provide legal information and representation where the Crown and state fail to step forward to protect the respondent. And, further, it is reasonable to include the variance on the matter of the BC Legal Professions Act (n.b. CBA Code Of Conduct) when bearing in mind the federal and provincial public employees who are deemed to provide legal advice on a daily basis ... And, again, Goodwin / SQYX has never over 40 years accepted nor demanded any legal fee - all representation has been on a pro bono basis ... and, such is the evidence on the Touchstone Committee website : which declares that it does not provide legal advice; nor, does it refer people to legal advice.
