Absence Of Public Record Of The BC $31 Million Tri-Governance James Bay Settlement Agreement

DEC 9TH    SINCE TIME BEGAN    2015 ADE
Statement Of Truth
On December 9th, 2015 it has been reported by SQYX Goodwin to the sitting of Judge MacIntosh in Supreme Court of British Columbia at Nanaimo in Case S67804 that there is no existing public record of the Terms and Conditions of the land title agreement between the Songhees and Esquimalt nation states and the government of Canada and British Columbia in the matter of the $31 Million James Bay Settlement Agreement; wherein, the land title to the properties occupied by the BC Legislature transfers from the indigenous CSS Peoples of Songhees and Esquimalt nations states and into the title of British Columbia, Canada; hereafter, referred as the SEBCC-JBSA.

An extensive, documented search by the staff of the BC legislature library failed to locate this said SEBCC-JBSA.

A lettered petition to Premier Clark received a response through the legislature security staff that the premier could not locate her copy of this SEBCC-JBSA.

Additionally, the BC Land Titles Registry staff verified that this SEBCC-JBSA is not registered against the said properties; and, that the only legal reference on file is the 1925 registry document - which excludes any reference to the indigenous CSS Peoples title.

Justice MacIntosh noted in his log at this case S67804 that there is no evidence of the seat of government of British Columbia, Canada.
